Dear Amazon Copyright Team,
I am writing to formally report a copyright infringement concerning the book titled "The Art of Practice: Accelerate Your Learning, Quickly Build Expertise, and Perform Like a Pro" by Peter Hollins, available in multiple formats:

Paperback (ASIN: 1647435390)
Hardcover (ASIN: 1647435404)
Audiobook (ASIN: B0CRBL81L7)

Upon reviewing the Kindle edition of the same title (ASIN: B0CPF4ZX9), I identified that page 16 contains content that directly duplicates the methodology and includes an exact copy of the proprietary diagram from my own copyrighted work.

This diagram appears in my book "The Art of Practice – Same Effort, Twice the Progress, Any Skill", published in 2021 and available at https://www.thebookofpractice.com. The original diagram appears on page 54 of my book.

I have provided a comparative screenshot below that clearly showcases the infringement. My original copyrighted diagram is shown on the left, and the infringing reproduction from Peter Hollins' book appears on the right.

Important: This report pertains solely to unauthorized copying of internal content. It does not concern the book’s title, subtitle, or product description.

I previously submitted a copyright report for the Kindle edition (ASIN: B0CPF4ZX9), which Amazon has since removed. However, the infringing content remains accessible in the paperback, hardcover, and audiobook editions listed above, which continue to reproduce my original intellectual property without permission.

Below is a side-by-side comparison of the visual and textual material at the center of this infringement.

INFRINGEMENT OF PETER HOLLINS BELOW:

The content above not only replicates the unique diagram I designed, but also infringes upon the methodology description — both of which are central to my original copyrighted work. I have metadata confirming the original document’s creation date and authorship.

Furthermore, I published a video over 9 years ago on YouTube demonstrating the same diagram and explaining the methodology. This serves as additional evidence of prior authorship. A screenshot is included below, and the original video is publicly accessible at:https://youtu.be/UuH1izP2Eac?t=630
